Our Story
Every Property Certificate Ltd was founded in 2007 with a straightforward goal: to make property certification simpler for landlords and businesses. What began as a specialist EPC service has grown into a comprehensive property certification company offering everything from Gas Safety Certificates and EICRs to Fire Risk Assessments, DECs, and TM44 Inspections — all co-ordinated through a single point of contact.

- EPC (domestic) — Accredited domestic energy assessors (DEAs), registered with a government approved accreditation scheme
- EPC (commercial) and DEC — Accredited Non-Domestic Energy Assessors (NDEAs) registered with a government approved accreditation scheme
- TM44 — Energy assessors accredited with a government approved accreditation scheme, qualified to carry out air conditioning inspections
- EICR — Qualified and competent electricians carrying out inspections to BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
- Gas Safety — Gas Safe registered engineers — the legal requirement for all gas work in Great Britain
- Fire Risk Assessment — Competent fire risk assessors with experience across residential and commercial premises
- PAT Testing — Experienced engineers following the IET Code of Practice for In-Service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment
